Well, better luck mate.
They seemed to think I was just scouting anyone who asked me. But, trust me I wasn't.
I vetted everyone.
I got a message on my last blog about how you're supposed to scout people that are actually good... but, that's highly subjective. I based several on potential.
Maybe it was because I figured out that after a while you could scout more than 4 per day.
I had like 9 scouted artists on my page, then they took away 3.
They weren't bad... what if they were kids? But, for their age, it wasn't bad.
you were also scouting people that were stealing art, and while it isnt expected that you know that off the bat, a little searching and snooping of the people you scout would reveal as such. :3

But still it's true what he says, because there's people who steal images and art.
