(Fact, my highschool is the third worst drug school in Maine, some kids like to smoke and some drink sadly, and worst of all I have a addiction to hugs... not kidding sadly -_-.... )
Yeah the whole nation is in a state of depression. Everyone feels hopeless about the future and don't care to even bother trying anything.
They have this same problem in Russia but even worse.
I've been very politically active to try and help the problems.
I was gonna get a grant from the NEA (National Endowment o' Arts) but they need to to raise the 1st several 1/2 yourself. WTF!

I need practice myself. I wanna go back to life drawing classes to sketch the quick gestures. It's the best way to improve skills. I used to be able to draw a whole figure in about 2-3 min'. Now I gotta work at it.
Plus, i used to draw animals in motion.

View unscouted submissions
View most recommended artists
Then you can see who's just posted stuff, or what's still uncouted, plus there's a list of recomended artists.
Just scout people.
I noticed that after I scout afew people like 4 it won't let me scout until I do somethng else for a while. then it'll let me scout 1-2 more.
Sometimes if I go away for afew hours and come back it'll let me scout 4-5
The glitches occur when you send a request to an artist, and they pic someone else or flat out reject your request, you are granted another shot for that day.
Also, dont scout people just because they ask, scout because their stuff is good enough.
Trust me, there's several I didn't scout.
